PennDOT - SCM Evals

The Stormwater Evals (SCM Evals) mobile app allows certified professionals to conduct mandatory inspections of stormwater control measures throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The app guides the them through the process, alerting inspectors to required fields and necessary documentation. Users must log in to the app using their CWOPA and/or Business Partner (B-) credentials to create new reports and view submitted reports on their assigned construction projects. CWOPA Accounts are provided by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for state employees, and Business Partner accounts are available via sign-up within the app.
