Password
You have to change your password what feels like monthly. Every time you reset the password, you have to have to reset the Face ID. Honestly, the fact I have to change my darn password so often and reset is almost enough for me to close the bank and go elsewhere. I wanted a local bank but I don’t need one.

Slow processing
It takes forever for transactions to show up in the app.
Not the best
Trying to deposit a check seems to be more challenging with this app than any other I’ve used. It takes multiple tries even after I do everything I’m supposed to. If it wasn’t for PNC leaving my area I would never have gone with Pennian.
