Love this app!

I love this app because it is easy to select the article you want to read, then that article is all together. You don’t have to go back and forth between pages.

New feature

I like the new feature that allows me to read the whole article simply by touching story I want to read. It’s so much easier to exit whole story too. Awesome

Works well! Much improved!

So far seems to work smoothly… Much better than previous versions.

Making our community better

PNJ digital keeps me up to date with current events. We miss Marlette challenging politicians. Please keep the heat.

Really appreciate Civicon that is truly raising civic IQ of our community.

PNJ App

I love the app because if I miss a delivery I can go online to view. I do wish you would make it less difficult to share articles to Facebook or texts. And finally, since we live in Central time zone & NOT EASTERN TIME zone, it would be wonderful if the PNJ changed their daily Sport Schedule page section to reflect the correct local time, which is Central Time Zone.

Senior citizen enjoying online paper.

I was resistant to reading the paper online. Thought I had to have paper in hand. Forced to read online when Saturday delivery stopped. Found out I love reading online. I can enlarge print where I need to and I am not struggling to turn pages of paper. So I guess that goes to show you can teach an old dog new tricks.

My thoughts

Your newspaper is an excellent source for local news, especially your articles on the various local candidates for office. Your paper does a great job of offering valuable insight into the views of local office seekers & I commend you for it!

Where you fall far short of independent, unbiased political coverage is your national news articles. They reek with unabashed support for the democrat party & the far left agenda & “woke “ viewpoints. Your paper is an unrelenting critic of all things conservative from politics to social issues. Your bias is so tiresome! If I could find any other source of local news as good as the PNJ, I’d drop your left wing rag in the garbage in a heartbeat!

The Best Way To Get The News

No wet or late papers. This app will give you all the news you need to know. Feels like a real newspaper because it is a real newspaper. Keeps you up to date throughout the day with notifications of breaking news. Love, love, love my daily paper The Pensacola News Journal.

Great Newspaper

Love having a newspaper to read without wasting paper. More information about our area than we find on the tv news.

Love PNJ

Really loving the virtual PNJ. We are moving back to Pensacola soon and it’s been great to keep up on everything that’s going on in the area. Can’t wait to be back!!

Improving!!!

I’ve used this app for years & it’s been mostly satisfying. It’s always had a few annoyances, but the last update has proven a significant improvement. The are still a couple of points of inconsistency & page transition which can be irritants, but overall progress is good. I do use this daily for the local news & look forward to continuing improvements.

Good when paper isn’t delivered

I am old fashioned and like to hold the newspaper in my hands. When delivery is late I use the app. It is easy to use but I still like the paper edition. I have enough screen time at work and need a break.

PNJ

I’m enjoying the PNJ app. Less paper stacking up. I rate it 4 because I miss the TV section.

Good Reading

Good coverage for local news and events

Use of PNJ app

Easy to use; great way to start my day😌

Love being able to read the news online. I can stay up to date when I go out of town.

Miss my home

I love reading the News Journal. Makes me feel like I’m home.

Good app

Works good but wish you could watch recorded shows on a device

Doesn’t work on iPad

I just wish it would play on my iPad. It used to do just fine. Then a couple of weeks ago, it would no longer come up. There was a message about the server not having proper certification. I have tried to access it several times since and even deleted the app and reinstalled it. Still cannot access it.
