App just doesn’t work
Can’t login, same as everyone else it seems. Pension admin don’t know about it. Waste of time. To think someone will have got paid to design this 🤷🏻♂️

Complete waste of time, ever service in the app is unavailable and has a 'please contact your pension administrator' message.

Worst in the world. Can’t even login. Tried username and password reset but no emails received. Stuck in no man’s land! Hopeless.

Used the registration and personal code provided but does not recognise me. I tried to say for username etc but no email arrived, deleted the app.
Doesn't work
Can't log in. No response from my pensions department when I email them. Called customer service who don't know why I cannot access my information and advised to email and guess what... no reply still
