Website is horrible and the app is even worse
This company can’t even design a good website and the app is even worse. How am I supposed to trust them with my 401k if they can’t even design a good website or app? TRASH.

Embarrassingly Awful
All you can do is view your balance basically, and even that is glitchy and renders color in a way it’s difficult to see after waiting 15-30 seconds for it to load. If you’re not going to provide at least a functionally informative app then remove it altogether.

Wow, other reviewers were right. You can only view things. Can’t do anything on this “app” like make investment changes. I’ll be deleting it from my phone now.
Outdated
Amazingly outdated app with zero functionality. You can basically check your balance (if it’s working). It needs to have some sort of projection tools and better login options (Face ID, 2 step authentication). For the amount of money this place manages, invest 50k into technology.
At least upgrade to the 90’s
Given the amount of money I invest with Pentegra, seems like they would give me the tools to properly manage my investment. How about FaceID? Something?

This is the worst application. Please update to a platform that is modern. Not user friendly. Considering this is investment retirement company that is holding a lot of $$ they could afford something other than this!
Log in never works
I used to like the app and not have issues with it, but now I can never get logged in. Where do I go for “forgot password?”

App keeps crashing
App is very antiquated and keeps crashing. PENTEGRA manages Billions of dollars can’t you get an app to work.
Lacking
I can’t properly review the app because I can’t even login. The email and password fields seem to be gray with gray text. I have no idea what I’m entering.
Old AF
Last time this app was updated was probably when the iPhone was first released. Enough to make me transfer to another broker.

No Touch ID/FaceID, no remember me? This app looks and acts like it’s from 2001. Very disappointed in this experience - makes me question how up to snuff their back end technology is...
