New bank
Very confusing to get into the parking deck. First time I went in from the uphill side I had to pay then they told me how to get in for the next time from the Merrmac Street entrance. A little confusing for the first time. Shouldn’t have any problems from now on.
Old App was more user friendly
I’m not a fan of the new logo or app. The train was cute and more reflective of a small, family friendly bank. The app is harder to navigate and lacks graphics and visual appeal
Changes
I don’t like the changes to the app or the Collins system. Pentucket Bank has lost its personal touch which is one of the things that I love about this bank. Now, in order to talk to my banker about personal financial issues I have to call a center where I speak to a rep that I don’t know instead. The app also used to deposit my checks immediately and now I have to wait for the funds to be deposited. I may be looking for a new small bank or credit union unfortunately.

Deposit checks
Too hard to take picture of paper check to deposit that app accepts . Keeps saying wrong size, doesn’t match. Multiple attempts, please fix!
Check Deposit Photo Capture Stinks
Checking deposit photo is much too sensitive. I am constantly having to retake the photo of the endorsement side due to “not clear image of endorsement” even though it is clear as day. This needs to be addressed now that this feature is far more important now more than ever.
Simple and quick
I love the Pentucket Bank mobile bank app. It is easy to navigate and everything I need is there.
It does what I need it to.
My only beef is I wish I would allow external transfers, but overall it’s solid.
Good App, needs Apple Pay
The app is great and works fine, but I wish the bank supported Apple Pay for its cards.
