People AI Workforce

People AI Workforce is the staff app for assisted living and memory care communities that run on PPL AI. Sign in with the account your community gave you. SARAH, YOUR FRONT DESK Sarah answers every call and text to your community, day and night. See the calls that need you, read her summary of each one, listen to the recording, and take it, assign it or mark it handled. YOUR WORK NUMBER, ON YOUR PHONE Call and text from your work number, not your personal one. Dial a colleague's three-digit extension or any number. Group texts keep everyone on one thread. Calls you made show in your Recents and call back from the app. ARIA, YOUR SUPERAGENT Ask Aria about a resident, a community or what is on today. She works within your access, so she only sees the communities you can. THE WHOLE COMMUNITY IN ONE PLACE Open the PPL AI operating system from the app: residents and care, staff, documents and tasks. PRIVATE BY DESIGN HIPAA compliant, with a Business Associate Agreement signed with every community. Lock the app with Face ID. Your work contacts stay on your account, visible only to you, and you can remove them at any time.
