Text confirmation
When I want to Zelle money to anyone, the 2nd confirmation option of text or email doesn’t work for me as far as the text option. This is a bit frustrating because I have to then open my email and memorize the number rather than having it pop up after receiving a text.
Relax on the reviews!!!!
I don’t want to have to review your app everyone I open it. Put a stop to this.

I’ve never had so many issues trying to make a simple loan payment… I’ve used hundreds of apps over the years and still can’t figure out how to get through all of the insignificant icons that don’t do what you ask it to do on this app. This app is NOT user friendly…

Scrolling & Homepage Issues
When view in a mobile browser, the account transaction view has issues with scrolling the page since the page has an embedded frame. You have to touch outside the frame to have scrolling work at times. Also there is no way to customize the home page to remove the large dashboard.
Used to be great
I used to love this app. But recent updates have made it EXTREMELY annoying. I loathe the credit score request section that takes up half the space! I asked twice how to remove it and they kept telling me they will call me with instructions but I never hear back from anyone. In addition it now takes much longer for things to post. The entire app is ridiculous now and it’s very upsetting.

Terrible App
Quite literally the worst app I’ve ever used. Works when it wants to. Logs you in when it wants to. Constant opening and closing trying to get it to load. Bare minimum of an app and the developers still did a terrible job. It’s clear that they spent the bare minimum on even creating an app. It’s so bad the loan processor I was working with at PFCU told me not to even bother downloading. I should’ve listened. Just use the website. Save yourself the headache.

Constant crashing w newest iOS update. Unusable. :(
Tired of dumb games
Not a good bank. Been with them for 8 years and have been regretting getting an account with them for 7 years now. Haven’t had a debt card for the account in 5 years despite the repeated attempts to get my card replaced. Ordered a checkbook that I never got and looks like it just got canceled without any notification to me. If you are looking for a better bank look elsewhere, you won’t find it here.

EASY TO USE
I love this app is very easy to use. I can transfer money back-and-forth from my different accounts with no hassle. I can send money to people who have the same bank with no hassle, instantly. It appropriately displays all of my transactions and even offers a money management tool. It offers the option for text alerts in which you can adjust to your liking. I can’t think of any complaints. I believe I’ve had this app since 2018.

This is the worst app. I had an account and closed it and opened up a new one will not bring up my info keeps saying no accounts
The old app was better
Only one log in for account with multiple owners. Can only view the accounts when added to your money management and it doesn’t update properly. Very frustrating app to use

I don’t want to enable FaceID!
The latest update has made using this app a giant PIA. Every single time you open it it nags you to enable FaceID, which is normally a good idea. But because I have to use the app to access multiple accounts (children), FaceID doesn’t work because it can only open one account. Even if I enable it then disable it, rather than understand that I decided against it it goes back to nagging me to turn it on. Also, the contact page here in the App Store goes to a 404 Not Found page. Poor.
