PeopleD HR is the employee app for organisations that run their HR on the PeopleD platform. Sign in with your company code and your work account to handle everyday HR tasks from your phone. ATTENDANCE • Clock in and out with a single tap • Scan your workplace QR code to record attendance • Work-from-home clock-in when an approved WFH request is in place • Review your attendance history day by day LEAVE • Apply for leave and track its approval status • Check your leave balances by type before you apply • View the company holiday calendar REQUESTS • Raise work-from-home, on-duty, partial-day and attendance regularisation requests • Follow every request through to approval in one place • Get notified when an approver responds PAYROLL • View and download your payslips • Submit expense claims and track reimbursements PROFILE • Keep your personal and contact details up to date • Store and download your work documents • Read company announcements PeopleD HR requires an account provided by your employer. Accounts cannot be created inside the app — please contact your HR administrator if you do not have your company code or sign-in details. Camera access is used only to scan attendance QR codes. Location access is used only to confirm your workplace when you record attendance. Both are optional and can be declined; the rest of the app continues to work.
