The app is very disappointing. It hardly opens properly and takes a long time to load. It frequently hangs and crashes, making it very difficult to use. The overall experience is frustrating, especially when trying to complete important tasks. The developers need to fix the performance and stability issues as soon as possible.

Frequent reinstallation required

PeopleFirst app is not working properly. It frequently crashes and often requires reinstalling again and again, which is very frustrating. Basic features don’t load smoothly, and the overall stability needs major improvement.
Developers should fix these issues urgently to make the app reliable for daily use.

Session Expiry

Hello Team,

Upon expiration of a user session on iOS, the application fails to log out the user. Consequently, upon subsequent attempts to open the application, it fails to load any data. The rest of the application is indeed excellent. Well done!

Not user friendly

Especially when submitting tax proofs the ui should have been more user friendly.

Ex: when submitting documents for home loan interest claims on let out property, in the ui it mentioned to upload combined pdf, which is not giving a clear picture of what documents we need to combine, instead if split the list of eligible documents and provide would be more user friendly

Login page issue

In my iPhone SE has login problem. After submitting credentials, continue button is out of screen. Not able to login.

App not working well

Hi Team,
The below feedback is based on real-time experience. The app is not fetching the data well for all the features like the home page header banner of attendance IN/OUT time, attendance tab also not working showing some errors.

Critical - App is crashing Home-> news and update click

Long opening screen

The long opening screen is taking too much time to open the app, which is wasting so much time if you open the app multiple times a day.
Also it gives impression that your app is slow because it’s taking too much time to open.

Mark attendance Option

After the latest update, somehow the mark attendance option from the app is removed. No mention about the same in release notes as well. If its removed by mistake request the developers to please bring it back since it allows to mark attendance while working from home.

Bad application

Trying to mark my attendance - it asks me to change the location settings - which is already on. Not been able to mark attendance for last 2 days because of this mediocre app.

Day-2 Now that location issue was solved - altogether it’s not getting me logged in only. It logged me out stating session expired and now it just doesn’t log in asking me to wait ….how worse it can get .

Not able to see Location Service

Not able to mark the attendance. During the attendance marking it will ask for the location service to enable & it will take me to the Peoplefirst App installed location but here I am not able to see the Location Service Icon to enable. The location service icon is missing in this updates. Kindly address the issue at the earliest.

I’m unable to mark attendance from last week. As soon as I click on the mark attendance button, it redirects me to MHere app page. I’m marking my attendance in MHere app but it shows absent in people first page. I’m not even able to regularise my attendance in the people first app. Don’t know what it the problem and when it’s going to resolve.
