Why is it on the last day of every month after a certain time you can never log in ?!

Stopped Working 9/27/22

‘Cannot validate your login credentials’ to paraphrase the error each time I have tried to login today - About 3 times to no success. Please fix so I have access to my money, thanks!

Not working

After log in APP just crashes - has been this way for months & looks like they are never going to fix it. PAFCU is great but this really lets them down big time

Mobile Deposit

Its’s too tedious to use the Mobile Deposit feature. Keep getting error and to keep trying; frustrating.

Needs so much improvement

This app needs a lot of improvement. You ask 5 security questions if the person get the first one wrong you continue to ask the same question. Taking pictures to deposit checks horrible on this app it shows you a clear picture and the app turns it to trash. Have trouble loading my information many times which shouldn’t be a issue. Long story short the app developer or developers need to go back to square one to fix this app.

Still not working I need help

I’m having problems paying my bill it’s saying this feature is Unavailable at the moment contact customer service and now it’s saying that I can’t log in because my account information is incorrect and the can’t find me in the system

Please fix bugs. Mobile deposit saves time and covid exposure-a must nowadays!

Worse online banking app

This app constantly crashes which is so annoying. It constantly tells me I can’t make transactions within my accounts even though i do have money. Also it signs you up for services you never agreed to and they just end up taking your money for that service each month without your consent. Overall, not satisfied

Needs Work

Checking my balance works pretty well but the problems start when I want to glance at my transactions. For example, clicking on my checking account link — 90% of the time it doesn’t work and I get a pop-up message that says “An error occurred,” along with a phone number advising me to call the bank — super annoying! Every time there’s an update to the app I get hopeful that the bug will be fixed, but it never is. I mean if you’re going to make a banking app, do it right.

Rant: This bank also signs you up for services without your knowledge, just so they can extract money from your account — when I checked my account transactions on the app (in a rare instance when the app was actually working properly), I noticed a suspicious $5.00 charge. I called the bank to get more info and was told that I was signed up for a financial service that the bank offers. I complained that I never signed up for anything and the person on the other end had the gall to tell me that I probably mistakenly “signed up by clicking something on the site.” Nonsense! I kindly asked to have my money credited back to my account, which they did, but was told that I have to go to the bank to sign paperwork in order to remove myself from a service that I never signed up for. Ridiculous. I loathe sneaky, money-sucking bankers who try to nickel and dime me.

App Crash Loops

Ever since updating the app, I cannot log into my account, it goes into a crash loop. Please fix ASAP!
