No longer works on iPad
I have always used this app on my iPad but with the ios18 update, it no longer loads in the bill pay. I can see account history and balance but the check writing doesn’t load in. It freezes totally and I have to close the app. I have tried reinstalling and turning off cross tracking but it has made no difference. I can access my accounts and bill pay through the web browser on the iPad but not on this app. The phone app still works ok.

The app just doesn’t work
Sometimes it won’t connect when I need it most. I’ve tried to have it fixed but I gave up.

Terrible mobile deposit
Would be nice if the app would tell you your account number to write on the check for mobile deposit. No you have to go to the full website download a statement tog at your account number. Not great for mobile users.
Face ID doesn’t work
