Room for improvement
Never delivers notifications on time, repeatedly takes hours to do so or not at all and I don’t get them until I open the app itself.
I love the app but…
Bill Pay is obnoxious. Why isn’t there a sort option by the last date paid?!
The app itself works, but notifications do not.
Notifications on this app come at least 24 hrs after the fact. What is the point of even having them!?
Great app upgrade
I love this app. I can do all of my banking on this app. I even link outside accounts and transfer between them. The mobile deposit is also quick and easy.

New Update
I like the new look and layout of the app, and the ease with which it allows me to access things — as long as the app is actually working. Haven’t been able to login to look at more than my balance for days because it says there’s something wrong with an SSL certificate for a URL the app accesses. It’s been really unstable in the past and I haven’t had an issue yet when I really need to access things, but it feels like it’s only a matter of time with how frequently the app is down or inaccessible.

App shutting down
Can’t open the app without getting an ssl error and it closes down the application I have re download it multiple times and it still won’t allow me to open the app. Super frustrating. This problem only started two days ago.

The most recent update is terrible! My app keeps closing. Please fix this!
Terrible
This upgrade is terrible!!! It is clunky and not easy to navigate. Their old app was 100 times better. It is missing 1/2 of the features on the previous app. Can no longer see payment amount due for credit cards and can’t read messages that are sent to you anymore. You have to physically log in to each website now.

Worst Banking App
Don’t waste your time downloading this app, it’s worthless, I have uninstalled and installed many times, it does not load, it gets stuck while trying to log in, have tried from different devices and good WiFi connection and it does the same thing, it’s not worth it.
Newest update an epic fail
The latest update is horrible! I keep getting error code 0011, connection failure. Which is bull, every other app on my phone works just fine, including YouTube. It takes me several tries just to do a simple glance at my accounts or to just do a transfer between accounts. Very frustrating and time consuming! This app used to work flawlessly for me, I wish I could get the old app back!

Can’t stand the password requirements
I have to change my password every few months to something that I have never used as a password before, with one capital letter, one number and one symbol. Then after I reset the password I go to log and it says password incorrect. Which I know it isn’t since I wrote it down. 3rd time being locked out of my account in a month or so. So yet again I have to call them and now come up with another ridiculous password that’s easy to mess up. Super irritating. If someone’s going to steal my money out of my account a password isn’t going to stop them. It only makes it hard for me.
