Fix your issues!!!!
Why in 2020 do I have to CLOSE OUT THE APP and REOPEN to get back to the main menu????? Also why have settings if there is no content in those menus to “set”?? Terrible.
Chromecast
This is supposed to be compatible with Chromecast, but there is no way to get it to connect! Am I missing something?
Closing
I open the app and as soon as I touch the screen to scroll, the app closes. Every single tome! I will be deleting.
Crashes
This app needs some serious updating. It crashes almost immediately upon opening, and uninstalling and reinstalling didn’t help. I’m using the most recent iPad Pro, and the operating system is the most recent.
Seriously??
Can someone at People actually test this app from a user perspective on multiple devices. I understand the sound complaints and on IPAD the only way to return to the main menu from watching a video is to close and reopen the program. Really? Someone PLEASE pay attention to the app issues/ customer feedback here! The App has your brand on it and that represents People just like the magazine. Poor quality is disappointing and unacceptable. I await the changes... or will engage media elsewhere as will others. Thank you!
