Two big things are now free: the compound library and cycle tracking. No subscription needed. LIBRARY • 600+ peptides, supplements and topicals • Browse by category, compare four side by side • One search across compounds, cycles and past chats CHAT • History is now a drawer you can search — find any past conversation by what was in it, not just its title • Tap a suggested reply instead of typing one • Photo and voice moved into one + button • Swipe or long-press to delete a conversation TRACKING • Tapped a dose by mistake? Tap again to undo, or use the undo button that appears • A streak counter for staying on schedule • Scan a vial with your camera to fill in a new cycle • Log a dose by voice: "Hey Siri, log my dose in PepPal" • Weight check-ins sync to Apple Health FIXED • Reminders were only firing for daily schedules. Every-other- day, 3x and 2x weekly, weekly and biweekly now all work. • Adherence percentages were estimated rather than counted. They're now measured against your actual dose log. Also: light mode, a rebuilt home screen that tells you what it noticed rather than listing links, faster loading, and a lot more of the interface translated.

Great app

I love this app. It has all the info for reconstitution. It took me watching a million videos before I had it to figure out dosages. Also, as a forgetful person it is so helpful so I can track if I have taken my daily dosages and when to cycle off. It even reminded me that I should be taking zinc with the GHKCU. I almost wish it had another section for my daily medications because I always forget if I took them.
