Love the products - the app is not good. If I hadn’t tried the product before the app, I would have been completely put off the brand.

Great Potential

The app has great potential and my wife loves the products. However, this app is very glitchy and having to log in every time is annoying. It also randomly empties the cart when you need to check out so I have had to always purchase through a computer browser, not the app. Please fix this

Disclaimer: I love this brand!! Their products are amazing. However, this app just has too many issues. Anytime you try to check out, it empties your cart. There are also no perks to downloading the app. You don’t get any sort of special discounts or access, it’s literally just a copy of the website self contained. So personally, I think it’s a waste of my phone storage.

Huge fan of Pepper bras! They’re the only ones I buy now. Downloaded the app and tried to check out but it always emptied my cart and glitched out on me. Not sure why.
