Watch time resetting when connection drops
Love the platform and the people on it but I have been having an issue, not sure if it is just an issue With my device (iPhone 11) or if others are experiencing it to. When ever my phone switches networks wifi to cellular or vice versa the episode Im listening if paused at the moment it happens will lose my place in the episode and start the episode from the beginning when I go to hit play on my earbuds. Didn’t bug me much at first but working as a electrician in the middle of nowhere Im often in and out of range of wifi and cellular so if the phone drops connection for a moment and reconnects or switch’s to a wifi network i lose my spot and then have to stop what im doing to try and scrub thru and try and resume where I left of which really sucks with the longer podcasts

Huge fan of the guys over at Pepperbox but have some issues with videos
When I try to fast forward 30 - 40 seconds in to a video it breaks and goes into a endless loop that cause me to have to close the app and reopen again it’s really annoying tbh but other then that it’s a great platform just wish you guys could fix that. Cause it could cause a new viewer to leave the platform. Much love from Australia.

Use the app every day to listen to the podcast and watch different content on a different. Mostly got it because of the fat electrician say hi to Eli and all of the other unsubscribed people, but found much more people that I like on the app and started watching more of the content. Never thought I was gonna pull the trigger on it, but I did and I love it.

Censorship Free Streaming
My favorite friend group/network of crass, uncensored, and funny as hell American content creators needed a place to put their content where they wouldn’t be persecuted by the likes of YouTube demonetization and PC censorship…So this is their app where they can do and post whatever they want that other platforms won’t let them!

Love it, but needs slight improvement
Got to say, I think this might be one of the best alternatives to YouTube. That being said, i have noticed that the app has issues loading when I am using data, while YouTube doesn’t for me.
Good if people uploaded
To be honest, I’ve been paying for this service for a little over six months and back when I first got it. People were uploading like every other day now it’s only like once a week. I watched seven or eight people on this app and to be honest they all have stopped uploading anywhere near how much they were before. To be honest if the uploads don’t speed up, I’m just gonna cancel it and start watching them on YouTube a day later instead. It’s free and I don’t have to worry about when they upload because I’m not paying for it.

Needs work, still recommend
The app itself is really janky and not user friendly. The content is very good but a lot of it isn’t worth the cost. A lot of the content is still censored including the Pepperbox exclusive content.
Worth Every Penny
I categorically refuse to pay for YouTube, Netflix, you name it, because I HATE subscriptions. Can’t stand them. That being said, this is the only streaming-type service that I subscribe to and I do so happily. Pepperbox is hilarious and features people that I have been watching for so long on YT like Scott from ‘Kentucky Ballistics’ and the soon-to-be Congressman Brandon Herrera to others, guys who have become like old friends even though I don’t know them personally and have never hung out with them. Watching their videos just feels like hanging out with an old friend, usually one who gets up to the type of nonsense that you would have to had at least a few nips from the bourbon to think that this bad idea is actually a really great idea and we should totally try to see if we can make this expensive rifle explode intentionally.
And because of the app I’ve found other cool channels to watch as well because there’s a lot more creators on there. The fact that you can watch these crazy people get up to crazy things without the censorship of YT makes the app worth its subscription price, and I absolutely recommend it to anyone and everyone who loves firearms and who loves to laugh. Of course there is far more on the app than just firearms and comedy, but those are bonuses!
I do wish that the team would come up with an app for PlayStation and Xbox because I’d much rather watch the videos on my big ol’ tv instead of my iPhone screen. As I’m just a few weeks away from 48 I’m too old to figure out how to get what’s on my phone screen to play on my tv, if that’s even an option and I don’t know if it is.
So please consider an app for video game consoles and/or smart TVs!

Time skipping
This is great, the videos are add free, there’s no verbal censorship, but don’t even think about trying to fast forward or rewind a video more than like 20 seconds. Every time you do, the app will crash and you’ll have to close it and reopen the app. Is it the worst thing? No. Is it annoying and inconvenient? Absolutely!

Downloaded videos or just Audio only isn’t appearing in download section but other than this great app love the content

I’m modifying my review slightly, the content is still good, the app is better but the downloads still suck, they take up HUGE ammounts of storage space and half the time they dont play the content you downloaded. I would not reccomend

All these people on Pepperbox tv are such awesome content creators. I started with fat electricians military history, but now I can barely keep up. all the creators regular channels are worth the $8, not to mention the huge log of exclusive stuff. Probably the best money I’ve spent in a while. Don’t need Netflix, don’t need prime, hulu. Just watch these homies.

For those that can’t math, if their app developers were target shooting they would shoot the ceiling 70 of 100 shots.
I’ve been to a live show, I have SOOO many of their shirts, but why can’t my AirPods pause the iOS or AppleTV app with a button press, NOW my pause/play button won’t pause playback. I have to navigate to pause with arrows on the remote, the dedicated pause/play button won’t pause playback. AMP got this right in the late 90s now you guys are screwing it up 30 years later?!?!
