Sadly disappointing

I was so enjoying this game, until I got to the second restaurant. At the point you have to supply your customers with muffins, I have the muffins, but when I try to serve them to the customer they just spring back to the serving plate? Obviously if you cannot serve the customer you run out of time and the level is failed.

I tried to contact your support but the page will not load. I would have been more than happy to award this app five stars ⭐️. I hope this is something that can be resolved.
