About
Perfect Mail turns your Gmail inbox into something you can get through with your thumb and your voice. One email at a time. No folders, no piles, no typing unless you want to.
HOLD TO REPLY
Hold the button, say what you want to say, let go. Your words become a clean, well-written reply that sounds like you. Edit it if you like, then send.
SWIPE TO TRIAGE
Swipe right when you're done with an email. Swipe left to be reminded later: tonight, tomorrow, Monday, or just hold the mic and say when. The email comes back exactly when you asked.
LISTEN MODE
Let Perfect Mail read your inbox aloud while you drive, walk, or cook. It moves to the next email on its own, and you can reply by voice without looking at the screen.
SENDER RULES
Tap any sender to decide how their email is handled. See their messages first. Get a push notification when they write. Have a reply drafted in your own style, learned only from replies you have actually sent. Or file them under a category so they stay out of the way.
CONTACT PROFILES
Every sender gets a page: the name you call them, all of their addresses merged together, a private note, and every conversation you have had with them. One tap from any email.
CALENDAR BY VOICE
"Lunch with Laura on Tuesday." Hold, say it, let go. The event fills itself in with the right person, the right day, and a sensible time.
TO-DOS BY VOICE
Talk through everything on your mind for as long as you like. Each task becomes its own to-do you can tick off, and tasks pulled from an email stay linked to it.
SPEECH NOTES
Teach Perfect Mail the names and words that matter to you: clients, companies, family. Say each one once and dictation spells it right from then on.
FAST AND QUIET
Opens instantly. Syncs in the background. Light and dark themes. Works with the Gmail account you already have, so there is nothing to migrate and nothing to set up.
Perfect Mail needs access to your Gmail account to read and send email on your behalf. Your email is processed only to show it to you and to draft the replies you ask for. See our privacy policy at mail.useperfect.com/privacy.
