Piano Sound works well and the pitch note training is intuitive, On iPhone if you have 'no sound' check the switch on the upper left side of the phone isn't on silent mode

it’s exhausting to keep clicking next it would be cool if it just moved to the next note

Ads cover half the note names now
It looks like banner ads were recently added and on my iPod, they now cover half the potential responses, rendering the app 50% useless.
It used to be good, but now...
Now, the entire interface is shifted downwards and the bottom row of buttons are off screen.

I used to love this app, but now it's unusable. The resolution is forced downward and the ads at the bottom cover a crucial part. PLEASE fix.
does the job but needs update
I noticed one of the other comments mentioned some extra noise in the recordings...I noticed that too . Why not generate the tones on the fly so there is no outside noise? Maybe add a little bit of release so it doesn't immediately clip at the end. If you could add an option to change the octaves that would be my biggest request. I'd like the try it at lower frequencies . it's hard for me to use this at such a high frequency when I'm trying to mimic them with my voice . Yea I can do octaves but it's a little more difficult .

Extra Noise!!
I thought I would give this a try and be a pioneer to maybe recommend it to others but I can't because they got extra noise with the tone your supposed to guess !! How hard us it to record one note and at least have a decent recording? Crap this is (Yoda Voice)

This terrible
When I play my selection, f it is not right, there is no sound. I at least need to hear the sound to hear how close I was to the correct sound. And also to be able to repeat the questioned sound, so I can et it into my head. This is terrible, much better apps available.
Best perfect pitch app
Ive tried all if them but this one is the best. Dont waste your time with the other ones and just get this one. And i dont know what the other person is talking about they DO have a way to replay notes and stuff. Maybe he posted before it was updated or something.
