This app was great for me up until the last update. Now it crashes after I open it
HORRIBLE
Once I changed my passcode on the internet browser, and tried logging in on the app, the app says my account isn’t existent? I tried redownloading the app but nothing is working. I cant seem to find my purchased e-book on the browser
Never even got to use the app.
I’m trying to use this app for an AP classroom book that I purchased with this company Perfection Learning. I bought the ebook and physical book package. The website recommended that I download the app to have the book downloaded, which sounded nice at first. But when I enter my login info, I’m stuck at a loading screen as soon as I hit “log in”. And if I leave the app or the device turns off, then the loading cancels. I don’t know if waiting for ten minutes will make it work, but frankly, I shouldn’t have to; I should be able to get into an app after waiting twenty seconds MAX with good internet connection (which I have). If the devs are reading this, please fix your login page. I’m sure I’d like the app if it would just open.

Unable to log in
I’m unable to log in to access my purchases. I enter username/email and password, but the “log in” button doesn’t seem to be active, or is covered by “Perfection Learning” text. Pressing “log in” does nothing. The app is useless unless I can log in.
Crashing
It was working fine when I was using it the other day, but then today when I tried opening my textbook it kept crashing.
Deleted notes.
As an online learner It is important for me to annotate my textbook since It helps me better understand content. After re-installing the app, downloading the updated version, and updating my device, my notes are still not showing up when I re-open the app. Hope this can get fixed soon!
Terrible app, and developers aren’t fixing it at all.

The app keeps crashing every time I try to open the textbooks. I was able to open my textbook once but haven’t been able to since.

Which product are you trying to open when it keeps crashing and which version of iOS you are using? Is it crashing when using the "Read Online" feature or after you have downloaded the product and try to use it a subsequent time? In addition, can you try to delete the app and re-install it and see if you encounter the same issue.
