Tried all the recommendations to transfer to device from the app and it still will not work.

Beaming doesn't work worth beans. Just fix it so direct connect works, and we can all be happy again.
New iPhone isn’t supported
I have an iPhone 12 and I’m unable to use the beam from the app to the perform V, however I tried an older iPhone and it works every time without fail. Can you please look into this cause when it works it’s brilliant.

The Perform V is Phenomenal!!!! *IGNORE OTHER REVIEWS*
I searched months and months for a vocal effects processor that I could use for my gigs (Acoustic that is). I finally decided to get the Preform V and thank god I did! This thing is no joke. If you follow correct instructions this product will be a game changer for any vocalist out there! Seriously.
The only downside to this product is the issue with the micstand. Which if you’ve got a little spare time and some minor crafting skills you can DIY something to resolve this. Regardless this product is FREAKING AMAZING!!! Don’t waste countless hours searching like I did. Using The preform V along with this App makes you’re confidence and skill 10x better!
Beaming presets is a little difficult, due to the lack of description they give you to make sure you get the right one and not spend hours looking through them all. But that’s not changing my mind! 5STARS FOR THE APP AND FOR THE TC HELICON PREFORM-V

Great idea, poor execution
All the promises and thing doesn’t work. App does not sync to Perform V module at all. Right out of the box, updated firmware. Then hooked up mic, PA, aux in music source.
No luck getting it to load presets, one of the reason I looked forward to this device. Can’t sync any of the base setting from computer either.
Another thing, all the in-ap links to their web page and support docs don’t work. So you are stuck finding answers on your own.
Over promised and way under delivered. Basically a useless ap, for marketing only. To get answers , you have to join there “tribes” just to get something to work.

Does not work for direct transfer
Previous versions worked fine for direct transfer of songs when hooked via usb cable. This new version does not work for that

Still does not work on iOS 13 on an iPhone XR, audio still comes through both speakers even when the description says the latest update fixed that problem, just a vaporware update apparently

Unable to beam a single preset since iOS 13... extremely dissatisfied with TC here.
This App crashes every time when sending presets
The App is not functioning as expected when trying to send the presets to the device. It counts until 1 and then it closes immediately. So it’s useless not matter how many effects/presets/styles you select in the App if you are not able to send it to the device.
Please fix it soon! I’m running it on IPhone 7128gb with iOS 13.1.3

I loved it until.

Crashes every time on iOS 13
Cannot bean presets in iOS 13.x.x. App crashes and quits. Was perfect before so 1 star until an update to the software.

It does not beam anything. Looks like a failure with the current version.
Perform V
Love the perform v, and the app works so well with it. I use the Perform V at gigs and open mic nights. It's nice to be in control of the vocal effects I like to use.
The effects from the app sound amazing, I use megaphone and harmony effects quite often. You would need to prepare the effects you need beforehand as the noise it makes when sending a new effect over would be too loud when in a performance, this isn't an issue though due to the amount of presets available.
Highly recommended!
