App is passable, but the UI is too much
The problem is the loading screens are lengthy as well as the menus, and every single one has a gratuitous model shot of Jarrah, which honestly just feels weird to have open on my phone while I’m trying to navigate to my workout for the day.
Don’t get me wrong, the man is a specimen, and I get why he does his shoots and has it as part of his menus. It’s just way too embarrassing to open at the gym and has the opposite effect of what I think most people signed up to his program want. I found myself awkwardly hiding my phone in my pocket while moving to the next exercise.
The meal/shopping list is useful but the calorie tracker is very unwieldy and tedious to use, and I experienced regular crashes within the app, hence my rating.
