I have purchased the player version. This is a fantastic resource for beginner or experienced field hockey players. It provides really usual videos of all the skills you need to learn or fine tune (and some you didn’t even know about).
Matt is a great coach, easy to listen to, breaks down skills and explains them well in each lesson.
There is also a section with weekly tips which are quick lessons.
There is also a great section on skills to practise at home, with a planned session and clips on how to do each exercise.
As an adult just starting out in hockey, this has been invaluable to help me learn and for my kids who play lots of hockey this has helped them to really improve. Thanks!
