Perilog Symptom Diary

Perilog is somewhere to record symptoms, periods and HRT day by day, and to turn months of that into one document you can hand to your GP or menopause specialist. A record you keep, and control. FIVE TAPS A DAY Choose the symptoms you want in front of you: hot flushes, sleep, mood, brain fog, joints and muscles, and more. Rate each one None, Mild, Moderate or Severe, add a note if something needs saying, and you are done. Any other symptom can be recorded at any time. CYCLES THAT NO LONGER BEHAVE Log periods as they come, however irregular. Perilog keeps the cycle lengths and the gaps, so the pattern that is hard to hold in your head is there on the page when you are asked about it. ONE DOCUMENT FOR THE APPOINTMENT The Record is a PDF drawn on your iPhone: your symptom summary, cycle lengths, regimen timeline and the notes you flagged. Print it or share it yourself. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO Perilog does not diagnose perimenopause or menopause and will never tell you which stage you are in. It does not recommend HRT, a dose or any medication; it records what you have already been prescribed. It does not say that a symptom is caused by anything.
