cute, but limited

i absolutely love the concept in theory, the aesthetic is adorable and exactly what i was looking for in a period tracker, but as the other reviewer put very succinctly, it’s a little too rigid to be of any real help. and while i do understand needing to monetize the app somehow, quite literally nearly every feature that isn’t just the calendar tracker itself is paywalled behind a subscription, which defeats the purpose of why i downloaded this app in particular and what appealed it to me in the first place. absolutely love the design otherwise, i think a few minor changes would make it perfect.

Thank you so much for this thoughtful review. We're so glad the aesthetic resonated with you, and your feedback about the paywall was heard loud and clear. We just released a new update that addresses exactly this: more flexibility in the experience and more features available without a subscription. We'd love for you to give it another try. We think you'll have a much better experience this time around. 💜 If anything still feels off, or you have more suggestions, we're all ears at our social media platforms. Reviews like yours genuinely shape what we build next. Thank you for taking the time to write it.

Nice in theory

I appreciate what it's trying to do and I was looking for an app that gave a little more insight into my cycle outside of when I'm going to bleed, such as mood, ovulation, etc. That is what appealed to me about this app. It's cute and engaging. However, in terms of use as a period tracker, it is lacking. When you enter the first day of your period, it autofills your bleed days based on what your average cycle looks like. Unless you're extremely regularly (many of us are not) that's not very helpful. I tried adding bleed days onto past periods and it just filled in another week of autofilled bleed days. It also doesn't appear you can remove entries. These qualities render it pretty useless for most people... I like the concept, which is why I'm taking the time to review and give feedback. Please allow for deleting entries and add individual day entries for more accurate recordkeeping. I also tried the meditation- because the animation does not match up with the written instructions, I found it more distracting than helpful.

Thank you for such a detailed and thoughtful review. This is exactly the kind of feedback that helps us improve. We just released an update that addresses the tracking issues you described: you can now edit and delete individual entries, and the auto-fill logic no longer overrides manually entered days, so it should work much better for irregular cycles too. We'd love for you to give it another try. We think it'll feel like a completely different experience for tracking. Thank you again for taking the time to write such a constructive, specific review. It genuinely helps us prioritize what to build next. 💜
