The Best!
This is hands-down the best app for character builds!
My only complaint is that the perks are listed as a list (but in the right, corresponding order) instead of a tree as seen in-game. I think a similar style to what is seen in-game would be interesting and more visually fun. However, it is not necessary, and still is the best for character builds.
