Compounded deals!
Black Friday sales are on now, so prices are competitive everywhere. A few items are less elsewhere or the same as Perkspot (watch for shipping costs), but there are deals here no one can beat - example 15% off the best price I can find anywhere for a Ninja smart doublestack xl. I have found that the deals through Perkspot may not be there tomorrow, so pay attention to the end dates for both the Perkspot deal and the product website. I’m loving Perkspot!

Website and app don’t communicate.
The website and the app do not speak to each other. I am able to login online, but the app constantly says no account found. I have tried multiple times to chat with support but keep being left on read.
Barely works
You can’t even search on this app it always says that there’s a loading error and even when you try and look up most used perks or really anything on there there’s typically an error message.
App doesn’t work & discounts? Not really
The app doesn’t work. I never allow location service for app and I tried to input the city I live in the app stopped working. Just a blurry mess. Then it stopped letting me search. I restarted the app nothing. I went to categories to check to see if discounts are legit. They aren’t. They say % off but if you go to that companies page it’s the same price and sometimes less. Always verify.

Terrible
This app is terrible and so glitchy. The discounts are nice if you can actually get them to work.
Slow!
Updating my review: the service works better through my employers computer however, it’s still a bit slower and quirky than I would like it to be. Still would be nice to see an option where perkspot gives a discount code that we can use directly on the retailers site instead of having to go through their portal. That said the app is still virtually useless.

Beware of this service
I’ve found that some items on with this service are more expensive than just buying them directly from the retailer. Example: I checked out the EPP website for buying a new iPhone. I checked out several items and most were the same price as you would find directly from the Apple website, and with some items, they were actually more expensive than buying directly from the Apple website. I’ve used the EPP from a previous employer and there was a savings of 10-20% on most if not all items, so I know there should actually be a savings with this EPP website. Beware of anything you purchase with this service, and check the retailer first before making any purchase here.

Great money saver
I have been using this app for a while now and it’s been great for day to day online shopping, I love the updated look and can’t recommend this enough.

It’s forcing me to update the app, but then when I try to update it, nothing happens- unusable. Can’t get into it because I get stuck at downloading updated app stage and it doesn’t download

Once i sign in the website doesnt redirect me back to the app therefore not logging me in
Stopped working
Had it for less than 3 months and it stopped working. Getting the “you're on your way to saving” email. Disappointed because this has been a problem for over a year and it continues to be a problem.

Tried getting in and the only thing I see is the blank page “ you’re on your way to saving” frozen.

Don’t waste your time
The app itself lacks basic functionality. You can browse discounts but then when you click on anything it will bring you to the browser to continue. The app and website is plagued with technical issues that will not allow you to purchase anything anyway. Customer service basically just reads off a script and is not any help whatsoever. When I was having errors trying to purchase tickets for a theme park, customer service suggested I go buy my tickets elsewhere not on the site. So even customer support knows this app and website is trash. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Horrible app, and website on phones
Better only use PerkSpot on a computer. The app and mobile sites are really bad.
Don’t bother
App has not worked for several months now. Welcome screen is stuck on “You’re on your way to saving!” No response from developers. Deleting off my phone.
