Loved this app until it no longer worked. Just sits and spins cannot log in.
RSVP Issues
I like the overall idea of the app, that it’s not directly tied to a social media app like FB, and that there’s a lot of thought put into the details of events.
My biggest issue right now is that all my friends who were invited to an event I created with this app cannot follow through with their RSVP’s because there’s an issue with verifying with a code.
I tried reaching out to support an hour ago and have received zero replies. I don’t like that the only way you can reach out to support is through a chat. 90% of the time I’ve got an issue with an app, it’s always a nuanced issue that requires more explanation which is sometimes more time consuming and difficult to articulate via written text. PLEASE include a customer service number to call. Also, if you’re going to include a support chat option, at least have an automated reply.
