Permit Hunt

The mobile companion to your PermitHunt workspace. PermitHunt for iPhone and iPad brings the PermitHunt web platform into the field for home inspectors, real estate agents, lenders, and other property professionals. Sign in with your existing PermitHunt account to continue your permit research and reporting workflow, access saved reports, and share information with clients and colleagues. Search property addresses with address autocomplete, or use your location to see nearby address suggestions. Review and correct the full address before submitting a search. Explore available building permit records, including permit numbers, dates, work descriptions, statuses, contractor details, and reported job values. Filter records by permit type to focus on the information relevant to your work. Access the same organization report history you use on the PermitHunt website. Find previous searches by address or ZIP code, with reports originating in Inspector Studio clearly identified. Take a property photo on site or choose one from your photo library to use as a report cover. Open reports in the web viewer, generate PDF reports, and share report links with clients or colleagues. Choose a light or dark appearance to suit your preference. An existing PermitHunt account and an internet connection are required. New searches require an active PermitHunt web-service plan. Search usage and any applicable charges are governed by that existing plan. Previously saved reports remain accessible without an active plan. Permit coverage and available details vary by property and jurisdiction.
