This update focuses on long drives and reliability. ON THE ROAD • Fixed a freeze that could stop the CarPlay map from moving partway through a drive. Touching the car screen no longer parks the camera — guidance keeps following you, and the map keeps drawing even while your phone screen is off. • Ending navigation now takes one tap, and closing the app really ends the drive — no stuck navigation coming back on its own. • If a drive was interrupted, PermitNav asks before picking the trip back up instead of silently resuming. ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN • The Live Activity now shows your destination along with each turn. • The drive card ends when your drive ends — no leftover cards sitting on the Lock Screen. YOUR SAVED WORK • Saved places and saved routes can no longer be lost if the app hits a bad read — and saved places now sync with your account. ALL AROUND • Confirmation dialogs now always appear when the app asks you something — nothing gets silently skipped. • Clearer error messages, prices always shown straight from the App Store, and better support for VoiceOver and larger text.
