Fix this!
Can not access my account and throws constant error codes when trying to sign in. Never get any emails they claim to send you when signing up either. Needs serious work.

Can you add feature for the light to turn Oñ and off lights feature on this app bc other app Permobil app time out on me and I have to go my email to get the verification code and get in the app and everything. It is time assuming with other Permobil app .

PLEASE FIX THIS APP
I’ve been trying to use this app for the longest and still the account sign in or sign up doesn’t work, I see that it was recently “updated” but what was updated? That is the question I would like to know the answer to.

Impossible to create an account, says error, need to fix this
QuickConfig has improved
This app was rough at the beginning. But has improved greatly with all the fixes in the background absolutely love the demo mode. It’s nice not having to connect to a chair to go over programming.
Terrible app
Straight garbage. Impossible to sign in. Constantly disconnects from chair. Go back to the r-net dongle.
Horrible
What an absolute waste of time! Apps does not work or if it works for a one sign in then it looses authentication and stops working! Tech support is fair to say clueless as to why!
Hardly works anymore
This app has been nothing but problems. One day it works and the next it doesn’t. I have tried three phones and two tablets and nothing. I am trying to send a password reset and the email never comes. Please go back to the old programmer. We never had any problems with it. I cannot sell these chairs anymore.
