About
Body Tracker is a private diary for the way your body changes over time.
Photographs taken from the same four angles, alongside your weight, show change that a mirror and a set of scales cannot. The value is in the months, not the days.
EVERYTHING STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
There are no accounts, no servers and no analytics. Your diary lives in the app's own private folder and is included in your encrypted device backup.
FOUR ANGLES, FRAMED THE SAME WAY EVERY TIME
Front, left, back and right, shot as one continuous turn.
• A framing guide marks where your head and feet should sit, with a centre line to stand on
• A faded ghost of your last shot sits over the viewfinder so you can match your position exactly
• A self-timer gives you time to get into place
• Or import photos you have already taken
SEE THE CHANGE
• Diary — every entry, newest first, with the change in weight since the last one
• Progress chart — one month to all time, with your latest, lightest and heaviest
• Progress collage — then next to now, one angle across the months, ready to share
• Time-lapse — your whole diary as a short video, in square, portrait or story shape
WEIGHT, YOUR WAY
Kilograms, pounds, or stones and pounds.
Body Tracker can read your latest weight from Apple Health so you do not have to type it in, and write the weights you log back so your other apps stay in step. It only ever touches body weight, and you can use the whole app without granting Health access at all.
A QUIET REMINDER
Daily, weekly or monthly, at a time you choose. It says nothing about your weight or your progress — only that it is a good moment to add an entry.
MADE FOR CALM
The background moves through sunrise, morning, daytime, golden hour and night as the day goes on. Nothing flashes, nothing congratulates you, and nothing compares you to anybody else.
A NOTE ON USING IT WELL
Body Tracker is a record-keeping tool, not medical advice, and it is not built for rapid weight loss. Progress over months is the point. If tracking your body is causing you distress, please speak to your doctor or another qualified professional.
Requires iOS 18 or later. Made by J2i App Foundry
