User reviews

Abandoned

Facebook and Instagram integrations are broken, transactions synced from the bank aren’t put into categories.

Seems this app has been abandoned by the Devs

Scam app

This is a scam app that wants all of your log ins and data. Says it links to doctors info but doesn’t.
This is the biggest scam from Apple store so far. Don’t touch unless you want to hand over everything and give full access to your Google drive or drop box.

Dissatisfied

Can’t add any medical notes

Broken system

Does not work with TFP. The app keeps forgetting about being given access and then digi.me keeps launching and keeping you in a loop. It's unusable as it is.

Interesting idea but way too buggy

Half the time when I open the app it says that I need to re-login to different sites (which requires leaving this app and going to the other app to get a code from its code generator) because it has stopped syncing. I did not ask it to stop syncing, so why is that happening? And then it often just hangs when it tries to sync. By the way, isn’t it supposed to be getting new data in the background? Anyway, I could not that get this app to work consistently. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, re-logged into everything, gave everything permission again, and still it just wouldn’t budge. I'm done.

Response from developer

Hi there, Thank you for leaving this review. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't had the best experience using digi.me so far. digi.me can stop syncing data due to a number of reasons. This could be a problem with the connection to your account, or on rare occasions an issue with a specific item of data that has been imported. Our teams are always working in these areas to ensure that the behaviour and performance of digi.me is regularly improving.  You might be asked to login to an account again if the source has requested it, or your credentials have expired. These are usually security measures which are out of our control unfortunately. If you'd like, we'd be happy to look into these specific issues for you and give you some advice to get back up and running. You can send a bug report to our support team by giving your device a shake with the digi.me app open, and filling in the form. I hope this helps. Beck digi.me Support
