Não mandam chave de acesso

Fiz o cadastro e ao solicitar que encaminhem a chave de acesso por SMS e/ou e-mail, eu recebo, porém a mensagem encaminhada segue apenas com uma hashtag #chavedeacesso, sem o número para verificar a conta. Dessa forma, não consigo acessar o cadastro.
