Excellent DB design, but with a few quirks
The database developers pretty much thought of every field needed to catalog wines. I especially like the sorting options available. That said, I have one quirky thing happen. Every time that I edit a wine, I have to reselect the color for the band on the icon. Not a biggie, but I imagine that it could be fixed. Maybe nobody reported it yet. Otherwise, it is exactly what I was looking for.

Great App
The Wine Cellar Database App is an extremely well crafted companion for a cellar. Careful thought has delivered exceptional functionality to support the management of my cellar of about 600 bottles across three storage locations. I transferred data from another app and the support provided by the developer went above my expectations. Details like choice of colour coding the wine record, drag and drop movement of bottles in the cellar, clear notification of doubling of bottles in a location and the very useful ability to record wines stored in boxes on shelves all contribute to the outstanding experience. I recommend you try this App.

AMAZING
Rarely do I write an app review, because when you pay for something, you expect it to do what it claims to be able to do. This app for me is a life saver. I’ve tried so many, all of which have not been able to do what an avid wine collector, or beginner needs. I fall into the former category, with about 1600 bottles, and this app is absolutely amazing. it not only does what it claims, BUT MORE, so much more! Cannot recommend and thank highly enough

Exactly what I needed
When my 20+ year old Wine Spectator cellar management program became incompatible with my iPad I needed to move 500+ bottles to a new program. This app is my second try - after giving up on the first selection. I especially appreciate the auto fill feature which saves so much time - especially when I’m recording the blend percentages of bottles. Congratulations to the app developer who is obviously a wine collector too - with the same problems the rest of us encounter.

Great for the novice or experienced
So easy to use and the app developer has been really responsive and taken on a couple of my suggestions. There really isn’t anything you can’t record against each bottle. They have really thought of everything
