No food data or ability to add calories

This would be a great app if it had any food data or even if you could input calories and macros manually sadly none of the food I have tried to find is listed so it’s pretty redundant

Crash

L’app va in crash troppo spesso e si chiude da sola

Worst app I’ve ever used.

It’s extremely cumbersome and complicated to use with zero intuitive elements. It also works like someone stopped coding certain sections of it.
Shame.

Poor app

Read personalized diet. Excited to start. This app is terrible. I cannot begin to figure it out. I’ll take my sore fingers (worth it if I can figure out what spikes my blood and I really hope it’s not wine) and map it out myself. Perhaps you will take the criticisms from the many reviews and improve the app!

Embarrassing!

This app is not usable. Like the others, I was excited to get started with this app after reading the book. What a disappointment! If there was an app that did what the authors of the book claimed that this one does I would be willing to pay. What a waste of time!

App won’t let me input foods

I can’t even input apple into the meals. App is faulty. Needs to be fixed and way more user friendly

Faulty app

The app needs to be fixed, it does not let me even register

tja,

No support

The app has a myriad of functional issues which render it barely usable. Worse is that there's no response when you message the developer. Considering how they hyped up this app in the book, I'm very disappointed.

Does not chart blood sugar

Disappointed. It doesn't do what the book explains. Hard to understand how to use it. Doesn't chart the blood glucose which is the whole point of the exercise. Needs work!

Clunky, at best

Let’s start with the basics: settings. I couldn’t easily determine which option I was selecting - does the blue background or white background indicate my selection? Even though I indicated that my country is US, and language is English, i still needed to input my measurements in metric numbers (and yes, the US should go metric, but I don’t see that happening anytime soon, and this seems like a simple fix). Tried to enter my breakfast, and couldn’t find a GF English muffin, even though I indicated that I don’t eat gluten (or did I? Again, that whole “blue background/white background” thing). I like the book, have been testing, and really wanted to like the app but it needs more work to be useful. I’d be willing to pay for an app that was more fully developed.

Trying to use the app with the book

I’ve just finished the book and downloaded the app to start tracking my BG as per book recommendations.

Is there a way to change the unit to mmol/L?

App needs some work.

I was excited to start tracking my blood glucose responses after having read the Personalized Diet book, however I’m not going to be able to do that with this app. It’s hard to figure out where to start. I tried to log a test food, but the “test foods” option only can track specific test meals on a drop down menu, not what I want to test. I tried to log my food and I mostly figured it out, but some of the fields are in Hebrew and I have no idea what they say. I’m going to start tracking in a spreadsheet and hope the app improves.

App is inadequate

The food database is minimal in comparison to others I've used like Fitness Pal. I can't log my meals because so many foods aren't included or are too hard to find. For example I just tried to find deli sliced turkey. The first item that comes up is"babyfood, turkey". What the heck? When I searched"sliced turkey" the result was sliced turkey pepperoni.

Amazing Idea, but app not working

I read the book corresponding to this app, The Personalized Diet, and wanted to check out my own nutrition, so I got this app as advised in the book.

Unfortunately, the app does not work. I am unable to enter anything under the “measurements” log (for example fingerprick blood sugar which is what the whole approach is based off of), due to a glitch: the keypad to enter the numerical value covers up the “done” button and there is no way to get it to go away.

I hope this will be resolved in an update.
