Workshop/ticket
It is very confusing the way workshop tickets are managed. I just unintentionally dropped my WS spot while looking for the precise timeline for it - because system unassigns without confirmation, when I follow the “resign” link.
Also it is inconvenient that ticket is not available here and must be saved to external environment

Very small text in the detailed descriptions. Very difficult to read even with glasses. Not accessible for all people.
