Everyone at Perspire has been amazing ! Saunas have so many benefits … But when our local Perspire opened we were dealing with a medication interaction with our teenage child with diagnosed special needs. I contacted Perspire asking if I could try it and then prep our child to try it with me. The accommodation was so gracious. While the initial medical issue is long resolved we continue with the regular sessions for the many health benefits and their amazing customer care. thank you.

A time to reflect and detox
I love going to this facility to take time to contribute to my health. The staff and members are amazing. The facility is always clean and the staff is always helpful.

Very Disappointing Practices
Beware that Perspire Sauna Studio uses the “bait and switch” technique. As soon as you think you’re in an agreed upon contract with them, they will email you, requesting a higher monthly rate. The customers that put up a big fight and threaten to cancel their membership, may be able to remain status quo. However, if you’re not a fighter or a squeaky wheel, you will be taken advantage of and threatened until you agree to remain silent and go along with their agenda.

Such a great experience! I left the IR sauna feeling completely refreshed and recharged. As an added bonus my skin has been looking so healthy and glowing. Definitely adding to my wellness routine.

Sessions not showing
I always have a hard time seeing how many sessions I have left. And app doesn’t allow me to select which session (expiring soon) sessions I want to use when I am booking.
Can't schedule session unless I buy a pass even though I have a subscription
I have a monthly pass but the app is forcing me to buy a pass when I try to schedule a session. I've checked with the local perspire studio, we've tried everything but the app continues to route me to purchasing a pass. Please fix the bug. Thanks!

Easy to use for single appointments
This app is great to schedule appointments and to book out in advance. However, I do have issues when I try to book multiple sessions at one time. I do have to do them on a one by one basis. If that wasn’t the case, I would rate this at five stars.

Always an extremely relaxing session. The facilities are immaculate and the staff is attentive.
Maple Grove Location
Clean, well-maintained, and creates a very relaxing atmosphere. Easily one of the best memberships you can experience, especially with the added health and wellness benefits of the infrared sauna treatments. The entire staff is extremely pleasant to interact with.
App sync issue
The owner of my home location is continuously unresponsive. She processed my payment for the UNLIMITED plan. Then I’m not sure if she introduced an error or if it was a true app issue, but for weeks, I could not make reservations via the app. A HUGE INCONVENIENCE when every minute counts in life and in reservations because spots fill up fast. There should be a 24 hour call number or button we can click for help especially when we get NO customer service from the team we reach out to. Extremely disappointed.

Effective IR Sauna but so so service
IR saunas have many positive benefits. Perspire is clean and the saunas are hit when you get there. The attendants hide in the back room and seem to have RBF. They used to put out a bath mat with the towels but took the mat away. As a result you need a towel to sit/ stand on and never seem to dry off as well as before.

Healing
I did not go regularly or for as long or as for as high heat until I went on vacation and went without it and realized the difference that it makes. The establishment is set up perfectly. It is always clean and sanitary. Employees are always very nice and professional. A recommendation would be just to put something you like to listen to as far as a podcast or a quick show lay back meditate endure the high heat you’ll see a difference still trying to fully embrace the cold plunge I’m almost there highly recommend it!
