Can't schedule session unless I buy a pass even though I have a subscription
I have a monthly pass but the app is forcing me to buy a pass when I try to schedule a session. I've checked with the local perspire studio, we've tried everything but the app continues to route me to purchasing a pass. Please fix the bug. Thanks!

Easy to use for single appointments
This app is great to schedule appointments and to book out in advance. However, I do have issues when I try to book multiple sessions at one time. I do have to do them on a one by one basis. If that wasn’t the case, I would rate this at five stars.

Such a wonderful experience
Always an extremely relaxing session. The facilities are immaculate and the staff is attentive.
Maple Grove Location
Clean, well-maintained, and creates a very relaxing atmosphere. Easily one of the best memberships you can experience, especially with the added health and wellness benefits of the infrared sauna treatments. The entire staff is extremely pleasant to interact with.
App sync issue
The owner of my home location is continuously unresponsive. She processed my payment for the UNLIMITED plan. Then I’m not sure if she introduced an error or if it was a true app issue, but for weeks, I could not make reservations via the app. A HUGE INCONVENIENCE when every minute counts in life and in reservations because spots fill up fast. There should be a 24 hour call number or button we can click for help especially when we get NO customer service from the team we reach out to. Extremely disappointed.

Effective IR Sauna but so so service
IR saunas have many positive benefits. Perspire is clean and the saunas are hit when you get there. The attendants hide in the back room and seem to have RBF. They used to put out a bath mat with the towels but took the mat away. As a result you need a towel to sit/ stand on and never seem to dry off as well as before.

Healing
I did not go regularly or for as long or as for as high heat until I went on vacation and went without it and realized the difference that it makes. The establishment is set up perfectly. It is always clean and sanitary. Employees are always very nice and professional. A recommendation would be just to put something you like to listen to as far as a podcast or a quick show lay back meditate endure the high heat you’ll see a difference still trying to fully embrace the cold plunge I’m almost there highly recommend it!

Past sessions in the app
Perspire sauna is amazing, but the app needs an update. I can never figure out how to see how many sessions I have left in my month. In a perfect world, I wouldn’t have to search so hard and the workers at the sauna would know how to help me figure it out.

I have an unlimited package so I go often, mostly Monday through Friday early in the morning and I'm just so thrilled I see Faith waiting and has my suite set up just the way I like it . she is the brightest, sweetest most helpful customer service person. I thought she was the manager! I look forward to seeing her and then she's so sweet when I check out, always checking how my session was, helping me book my appointments. I was at a different Sauna place and nothing compares to the Customer Service I get from Faith.😊
