The incident display reaches your wrist, your car and your ear. NEW • Live Activity on Apple Watch and the CarPlay dashboard. If you are on call, you see the open incident where you actually look at night: on your wrist. With the service name and how long it has been running, not just a number. • StandBy: when the phone lies on its side on the charger, the incident display fills the screen. Colour signal, service and duration are readable from across the room, without touching the device. • Acknowledge by voice: "Acknowledge the incident in Perstat". If you are woken at night with the earbuds still in, the one action that matters no longer depends on finding and unlocking a device. With more than one incident open, Siri asks which one, and it tells you whether it worked. • One cockpit per organization, each with its own tile board. If you look after several organizations, you can set each one up the way its operation needs. • Alert channels per recipient, not just per stage. One stage can call one person and push to another, without everybody's phone ringing. • On-call is now visible. It used to live in a long press on the organization row, which meant the question "who gets called tonight" was the only hidden thing in the whole flow. BETTER • A glossary of three words, used the same way everywhere: an incident is the event, an outage is the state of a service, an alert is the delivery to a human. • Every state now carries a shape alongside its colour. If you cannot tell red from green, you read the shape; if you can, you read both. • The count of open incidents in the Dynamic Island can no longer outgrow its space, not at three digits and not in landscape. • Touch targets under your thumb instead of at the edge, and raw machine values are gone from the lists. • Contrast that holds up at night. FIXED • The incident display now keeps following the situation when the app is closed. It was started remotely but never updated afterwards, so it could show an outage that had long since ended. • The incident display now also survives an app restart. • Two sliders in the on-call settings that were stored but never read. They promised a repeat that did not exist. • In the cockpit, the title sat underneath the toolbar instead of beside it.
