Worst Quality, Won’t last for more than a year. They are not at all responsive and service is very poor. They are purely money extracting.

Needs a watch app addition and more features, products are good but the app is so outdated.

App need to be update, other competitor’s app has more feature, smart look and more responsive, no updates from last one year even there are no child lock feature which is very common in other app..

We automated our lights and fans. Good part was the installation was quick and easy. Team installed the products and help me setup rules and schedules. App interface is simple and easy to understand

Faulty product and pathetic service.
I used their solution at my home which was good for few days but after that all pert devices started malfunctioning and nothing is working now. I tried to call engg who installed devices but he did not pick call and even no one responded from customer care. There is bug in their app also whenever I try to give feedback app’s collapse.

Super Glitchy
A very good product which is being overshadowed by the heavily glitchy app. Devices randomly disappear or just do not respond. Routines don’t work most of the times and support refuses to understand the issues. App needs a complete overhaul urgently!
App with glitches and hardware with faults
Had taken 8 devices , 4 developed problem. Fan regulation doesn't work either speed is at 20 % or 100 % . Had given 4 devices for replacement but even after 1.5 month haven't received back . App hangs a lot , and to add to pain the hardware also hangs and has to be reset by switching off and on house mains ..could have Been a great product but quality, service and bugs destroyed it

App keeps quitting
Unable to set up the the pert plug as app keeps quitting and cannot configure the plug, I have relayed this to the support team , hope they get the IOS APP FIXED, however they released an updated version on the 10th of June 2017 and still not functional , disappointed very much
Very Bad
It is not working Properly and there is no clear description regarding the use of the app.Nothing is clear. It is saying that have to click on star but there is no stars. App is getting freezed. So so bad app
