Does Not Work
It simply does not load anything. Invalid entry notifications. Could be a scam to steal valid ticket information from users with valid tickets.
Doesn’t work
“Invalid document” again and again. Basically installed and deleted within 5 minutes.
No eticket
Couldn’t download to my android so downloaded to iPhone. Not user friendly. Cant access eticket. Doesn’t even have a spot to ask
Can’t find ticket
Enter passport, passport number, nationality, it said invalid document, no ticket shown, even I did received the ticket by email after purchasing online.
It simply doesn’t work
This app doesn’t work. Apple have to remove it from the marketplace. If PeruRail wants to have iOS app they need to maintain it, or actually build and test. Malfunctioning travel app is worse than no app at all. Please remove or fix it.
Does NOT work
I entered my passport number dozens of times and I am sure it is correct, but the app always said the information is not correct.
App loses tickets day of travel
Do not rely on the app, tickets disappear day of travel (for all tickets, even later dates) and when the information is re-entered, it says “invalid documents”. Fortunately I had paper printouts but this could be a disaster. Recommend screenshots and old school paper tickets.
Doesn’t save ticket entry
Unfortunately the app doesn’t save the ticket entry so every time to go back in it loses the tickets
Downloaded
Downloaded the app, put in the info, and my ticket came right up. Thanks to the other user who suggested getting screen shots of the tickets. Hopefully I won’t have the same issue.

this app will NOT work on the day of travel. Load your tickets as soon as possible and screenshot. For our entire group of 8 as well as a past reviewer, the app says the document is invalid. We were only able to board the train by the skin of our teeth. Do not let this happen to you.
Invalid Document for return
You add your information but it does not save. You have to keep adding it.
It worked but on the return trip when I enter travel document- passport # and nationality - it kept saying invalid document.
