Does not work!

I downloaded this app yesterday and it’s been stuck in “currency conversion” with the spinning circle ever since. There seems to be no Home Screen to toggle back to or way to report a problem. I cancelled the subscription but it appears I’ve still been charged 17.99 for an app I could not even use once.
