How do I sign up for the lifetime option after doing the trial? I don’t see it under subscriptions. I do not want to pay yearly - I want to own it.

I have a Pro membership and Pestle recently changed their “Recently Saved” format. I could not find my recipes and contacted them through the app several times with no response. I went to their social media page and left a message there. I received a rude response with an explanation on how they had changed this feature. Not happy with the CS, thinking maybe on not renewing my Pro Membership….

I did receive a refund. So customer service was good.
I paid for lifetime access to this app and it’s not working. I wanted to save recipes from various sites including social media and it’s not working. I want my money back!
