Horrible
Absolutely trash app. So many bugs, errors, maps never align, all around horrible experience. Only horrible thing is that I HAVE to use this thing for work. Otherwise I’d choose something else FAST😣

They updated it. JUST as OUR ENTIRE COMPANY HAD SWITCHED TO FIELDROUTES and spent all that time and effort to switch our entire sales platform over. Just as we were getting the hang of it. Now it’s useable again, and somehow Fieldroutes is STILL WORSE.
They don’t care how many bad reviews they get. What are you gonna do? Use a different software?

TERRIBLE
This is the most glitch filled app I have ever used. I know kids in high school who have made better apps than this. Always making my initial payments lower than I set them and always making me relogin before scheduling appointments. This app makes me want to pick up coding

I did door to door last summer and the app had major issues.
I figured they would be fixed by the next summer, but it has just seemed to get worse.
The most annoying this is these issues seem like they would be easy to quit.

Buggy
This app is BUGGIER THAN MOST PEOPLES HOMES!! Constantly having to update the followup date to switch tabs, having card information not update correctly, agreements disappearing, subcriptions not updating. Wayyy tooo manyyy problemssss. The saving grace of the app is the pins that are NOT EVEN WORKING RIGHT ANYMORE. Please fix this app so that im not stuck on a customers doorstep for an hour having technical difficulties with evry minute risking the loss of a customer.

App is buggy
Last couple days it hasn’t allowed me to drop any pens or call box. There’s no customer service or option to update the app.
Very buggy!
I try to create customers and it does not work. I’ll enter there address and the check to save it goes away! I have a screen recording and a picture. I just installed the latest version and it persists. June 27 2024

Love Pest Routes
I’ve been using pest routes for 4 years. Love it. So simple to use, reliable and very effective. I hope they never change it.

For it to be 2024 and have this app constantly running into more design flaws and update flaws. Not only is the app to blame but the dang iOS to keep outdating it
This is the WORST app on the App Store!
The software developers must have just given up completely on this app. I use this app for selling pest control to get rid bugs but I’m pretty sure there are more bugs in this app then in the entire pest control market.

Some tips
I think it would be nice if you had the first option for when you pin a house to be “not interested” instead of “not home”. It would save a lot of time from having to scroll to the bottom to not interested, so maybe just switch those around:)
Suggested Feature #2
When I set a call back and click “add to calendar” Pest Routes can’t do it. Not with Apple Calendar or Google Calendar. That would be amazing and save so much time. Please integrate better or fix it.
FIX THE APP FOR CHRIST SAKE
Pins glitch in and out, I end up knocking the same doors multiple times because the app can’t keep tabs on my pins. This app seems like it was last updated in 2011. FIX THE PROBLEMS and I will give you 5 stars. This app correlates with people’s livelihood, the pins shouldn’t just disappear.
The Only App that Gets Worse With Time!
We’ve been using this software for 7+ years now, and it has barely changed at all to improve anything. This latest update messed up all of our areas and ability to assign areas and lost our team thousands of dollars in lost sales time. If someone wanted to go ahead and create a new sales app, the bar is set VERY low by this one
