About
Q. How do I tell whether a lump is really growing?
A. Photograph the same spot, from the same angle, on the same day each week. Spot Watcher overlays the previous photo as a translucent ghost guide and turns the frame green when you line up. The shutter saves the new image side by side with the old one and an AI returns a clear "change" or "no change" verdict.
Q. What can I observe?
A. Belly lumps, back hair loss, eye discharge or redness, mouth discoloration, paw pad scrapes, claw growth and any other area only an owner can notice. Spots are unlimited and the app handles dogs, cats, rabbits and multiple pets in one home.
Q. Does it tell me whether to see the vet?
A. No. This is not a veterinary diagnosis. The AI gives one of three flags - change, no change, or worth a vet conversation - and never names a disease. The job of the app is to organize evidence, not to interpret it.
Q. What do I show the vet?
A. Paid plans export a one-page PDF with the chronological photo strip and AI notes. Print it at home or show the screen during the consult; the vet learns when you noticed it and how it shifted in under thirty seconds.
Q. Is it good for multi-pet households?
A. Yes. Pets are unlimited and you swap between them on the home screen. Households caring for two or more older dogs or cats benefit the most because comparison value grows with time.
Q. I worry I will not keep it up.
A. A weekly push reminds you ("time for her belly photo"), the camera ghost guide locks the composition for you and streaks praise gently: "eight weeks of clean records, lovely".
