They added the wrong image and sent me a picture of someone else’s dog. Zero contact details available. Also, expensive. Mark and avoid.

I am SO tired of apps saying they are free and then having you sign up without letting you know in advance that once you put in your email address you still won’t have access to their products. Gross and slimy

Originally I thought they hadn’t sent my picture and had absconded with my money but I sent a message and got a lightning quick response and my INCREDIBLE work of art, worth far more than I paid! This is for everyone whose pet has Instagram acocount, or has a pet at all! This will be my go to gift for every pet parent in my life. Get one! Get many!!

Today I sent them my 5th email asking questions that are not addressed on their website. I need to order 6 pictures and have questions. The 24/7 support seems to be a lie.

Nice Pet Portraits but pre approval should be offered
I have ordered 5 or 6 of these pet portraits to give as Christmas presents this year. I was very happy with 4 of them but…
-on 1 picture the heads were on the wrong bodies. I had specified which head on which body and I wrote 3 times to customer service to have it fixed and never received a reply.
-if a preview for approval could be sent that would avoid this problem because you could request corrections
-the submission process needs to be improved so that you can clearly indicate to the artist which pet picture you submit goes on which body (submitted picture 1 goes on body 1 etc) that would be helpful. You can write a note to the artist when you submit your picture, in my case I said white dog on the right and black dog on the left and they did the reverse.
-I paid $19.99 for a premium membership and I have no idea what the premium is for
-it gets expensive and the price varies. It seems to be one pet is $13.79 but I have been charged $17.99 and up to $26.99 once.
-another portrait did not turn out to my satisfaction (one pet’s head came out to dark) but there seems to be no way to contact the artist to request an edit. There is no interest in customer satisfaction
-I would like to order many more of these pet portraits but there is a risk if you are not happy with the portrait, you have wasted your money.

Awful app
There are no prices. Pictures have to be uploaded and some “artist” creates the pic. This is nonsense ! I wanted the ability to create on my own. Now trying to find a way to delete this stupid app.

Great idea, but needs improvements
I love the idea of the app, and yes you do have to pay for each portrait, but I don’t mind, my issue is that they advertise all over the app that you get unlimited revisions, but once my artwork was sent to me there was no options for revisions and no way to contact the artist. Also, nothing works on the app when it comes to any type of support - FAQ link does work, “contact support” doesn’t work, etc. it’s very disappointing and needs serious improvements

Oh my gosh, you MUST pay BEFORE even seeing what your “paintings” will look like! What if the pet photo file is not clear enough? What if our pet’s head does not look good enough in a certain outfit? STUPID SYSTEM. You can become a premium member and get a free photo and no watermark. Am I supposed to get a watermark on photos I pay for if I do not pay for premium service? Stupid if you ask me!

Not clear on anything
I downloaded this app because I wanted a cool picture of my dogs and I. Even though the end result was pretty epic, the process was not. From the very beginning the app was not clear on what the “premium” membership entitles you. It wasn’t until I took the chance and paid for a membership that I learned what it does and spoiler alert it was not worth it. I decided to give them another chance and I saw that you can pay for custom orders by buying “coins” again there was not a clear outline for the purpose of these coins. I looked everywhere and still decided to give it another chance. Turns out the coins I bought weren’t even enough for the order I wanted. I basically would have paid more using the coin system then if I just paid the price they originally stated. The first picture I received was great but the whole process was based on taking risk and wasting money on things that could have been easily explained or cleared up. I don’t think it’s worth the hassle.
