Helped me with my lovely pets, I love my pets and I love this app.
Have lost client info!!!
Loaded all clients info and pics three times, disappeared each time. No support!!!
Don't Waste Your Money
This software is as basic and generic as can be, and I suspect it's because this developer sells pretty much the same software for lots of different types of businesses. There's NOTHING specific to dog grooming in here - not even a place for the dog's name or breed.
A similar complaint was posted in 2014, but obviously the developer has made no effort to improve the app in the years since.

Really helpful!
I personally find this app really helpful for my business. Because of this I didn't need to fork out hundreds of dollars on software that might or might not work. I'm able to managed all my clients and the groomers, as well as see my whole schedule ahead of me. It's brilliant!!

So easy
This app is so easy to use. It is great for keeping track of clients and appointment - WITHOUT paper!!
Disappointed
Doesn't have any master setting controls, no import of existing contacts, no way to send reminders, simple app... Just enter all your info on the day you want to set an appointment. Wish I could have had a two minute free trial. That's how long it was before I knew it wasn't what I was looking for.

Definitely a waste of money right now. Unless they fix the problems they have don't get it. It would not save any of my client information

I love my pets and this app helps me to take care of them very easily. Just put in the necessary info then all done.

I do not recommend as this developer is trying to make money by duplicating one software, doing the same job, into many apps under different names. By all means these apps are useless and a complete waste of time.
Terrible
App was deleted very quickly as I could not add clients, I tried 3 times. Boxes in the client info were very simple not even a box for breed or blades used. Very poorly thought out
The Best!
We sometimes forget in the busy life to take care of the pets. This app is a constant reminder to take care of them. Great!

The whole concept of this app is unique and brilliant. . I like this app. I mostly like the reoccurring appointment/schedule feature.

Only two people will show up on my client list so please fix or return my money!
AWFUL
Don't waste your money! Does not keep customer information or appointment dates. I gave it a try with 6 customers and it saved one customer out of the six. Waste of time!
RIP-OFF! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
Only 2 clients will display on my new iPad! And only 21 clients will display on my older iPad! USELESS!! Plus, you can't enter in any dog info at all. Just the groomer and the clients name and phone number. And then, when you try contacting them for help or a refund, THEY DO NOT RESPOND, which is comlpetely unprofessional and unacceptble. Booooooooo!!!

Crappy
I want a refund! When I add a contact, the app doesn't hold it. I'm obviously not re adding my customers info every time they book an appointment. Also if I add an appointment in my iPhone it doesn't sync to the app on my iPad. Complete waste of $20. I will be contacting iTunes for refund options.

Potential, but a very expensive useless app that's missing so many of the necessary features to be functional whatsoever. DONT BUY IT!
