Not that good
Overall, it's a good app. Except for the fact that every time I try to write something down,(for example, whenever I try to write down an appointment) it crashes. So I basically can't do anything on it.
Horrible!
You get 2 pets. then you have to pay if you want to add more pets. I spent a lot of time entering medical data on 2 pets. I got to the 3rd one and paid to add him, and susequently the app crasshes on opening. I can't even retreive the data I spent so much time entering and now Im out the money! Don't get this app!

Great app! Tell your friends
It is amazing! Someone finally came up with a way to track all your pets! The only thing is when I set it to male, it kept coming up as female. It just wasn't fully loaded. I'm so impatient!!
Great App γΌ But could be better!
I thankfully found this app after needing a way to log things like meds, etc for my sick ferret. I was happily surprised at how versatile it was and that is was free! It's been a huge help in helping me keep track of her symptoms, feelings, and when I give her meds.
My only real complaint (more of a suggestion really) would be to update the look of the app. I think it could look a lot nicer since it already functions great. I'd like to see a more modern, inviting look to it. Also, add more pets, namely ferrets, to the list!

Good app, but dev support sorely lacking!
I really like this app and have been using it for almost 2 years. After a recent update it got very glitchy for me, and I had several problems. I emailed Support and it was like pulling teeth to get answers or help. Eventually I heard from them, but each time, it took several requests and weeks of waiting. But some questions have still gone unanswered.
I would like to see the info sync between my iPhone and my iPad, and have requested this to Support. Of course I have never heard back!

Great features, lots of bugs
This app is off to a great start. It has tons of features and can store a lot useful info. The calendar/reminders feature is great, as is the daily logs feature. However, the app seems to have a lot of bugs and glitches. It often shuts down or freezes. Once this app is perfected it will be very useful!

100% disappointed!
Tokens to add more pets? Really? I paid for this app because I have so many pets to track. There are some functionality problems, and of course room for much improvement. It had the ability to track lots of different things. But calendars doesn't always work, or contacts. Emailing support is generally pointless, you get back the equivalent of a "yeah we know" answer. But this...unacceptable. When I had a droid it was unlimited when you bought the app, but after changing to iPhone I had to buy it again, I am not paying more to add more pets especially when it's buggy. Absolutely ridiculous.

This app belongs on the google play store. It lacks any real useful features. There are many others that provide more and are much more relevant.

Time for an updated review, since the developers obviously don't plan to look into my issue after months of dealing with this. This is the only app I've ever spent real money on and it will be the LAST. Apparently I killed the app by adding too many entries (my chicken flock)... Which is annoying in itself. Now I can't get past the loading page without it crashing. For one, if I could get in, I'd delete some entries to see if that helped..but I can't! Secondly, there's information in a few profiles that I NEED that I now have no way of getting. So incredibly frustrating. At least for everyone else's sake, put a notice of some sort "For optimum performance (or any performance at all..), do not exceed XX entries." Of course, then they might not get their money from some poor fools like me..

I've found two issues so far: 1. I can't delete their sample dog. 2. I can't upload a photo; it says it's "null".
Disappointing
Just saw this app in USA Today. While it has potential, finding the help menu is awkward if you have opened up your pet's profile. The instructions for adding photos sounds easy enough but it's not working for me. Why upgrade if it doesn't function properly for one pet? Asking the user to let them know how they can improve is a great concept. Figuring out how to ask a question outside of the public forum and to whom is a completely different animal. Will be deleting this app.

I like this app but iPhone version has too many bugs. Worked great with droid but not iPhone. Crashes with Manage Appointments. Also cannot delete appointments. Please fix. Great concept of an app if it worked. Just what I'm looking for.

It actually does everything a pet owner needs. i would give it 5 stars, but when I try to set reminders or repeats, it crashes. Please fix this bug!

Finally, a pet tracking app that does EVERYTHING I want it to. And i have tried them *all*. I have 10 pets and I foster parrots on top of that so I needed something to help track all their appointments and meds. The only thing it needs now is the ability to sync between apps or maybe use with Dropbox *and* (very important) ability to back up my data so that I can restore should my phone blow up.
Please add these things and you will have the very best app for pet owners everywhere !!!
