Can’t get past onboarding screen
I would’ve love to tried this app, but after uploading 5 very clear images of my dog, it gave me several error messages and said my pet wasn’t there and I ended up giving up. Maybe it’s a temporary glitch

This app is literally the best thing ever!!! I am over the moon about it!!! It’s incredible!!! Creates your idea in seconds!!! I subscribed for the year…it’s sooo worth it!!! I just wish that I could tweak some of the pics a bit to look like my one pup…it picks up that she is black instead of chestnut brown in some of the pics. Other than that I can’t believe this amazing app exists!!!

I absolutely love this app, but I am trying to make a purchase and there was zero customer service… I have sent countless emails and messages on the app, and no one is answering me. I would love to make a purchase, but it’s not going through and I need human intervention and there is just as nobody to contact. WHAT IS GOING ON? Anybody there? Do you want my business?

Good Times
I just wanted to drop you a quick line because I'm seriously over the moon about the Pet Painter app! I've been having an absolute blast using it, and I'm genuinely blown away by how easy and fun it is to create cool stuff. It's been such a fantastic addition to my creative toolkit, and I really feel like it's worth every penny – it brings so much joy and gets my artistic juices flowing!
My experience has been overwhelmingly positive, but I thought I'd share a couple of tiny observations and one idea that might make an already awesome app even better.
First off, I've noticed a small hiccup with the widget. Every now and then, especially if I'm really getting into a creating and using the app continuously , the app seems to get a bit stuck in a loop. It just kind of freezes up, and I have to force-close it and delete the app and widget , which can be a little bit of a creative flow-stopper. If that could be smoothed out, it would be amazing!
Secondly, I'd love to chat about the sample picture upload limit. Right now, we can pop in up to 8 sample pics. As someone who loves to experiment with tons of different layouts and reference images, I find myself hitting that limit pretty quickly. It would be super cool if we could upload a few more! Having more space for samples would seriously open up more creative possibilities.
I truly appreciate all the hard work that's gone into making Pet Painter so enjoyable. I'm really excited to see what future updates bring!

Poorly designed app that doesn’t work and they have no customer support
Doesn’t work. Gets hung up. Worthless.
No Support - App Stopped Working
I use the app for one year and really enjoyed it. Stop using it for about four months and then I re-signed up for it recently. Something has changed, as when painting a picture it just spins. I’ve sent multiple messages over the last week to developer with no response. I would not recommend downloading until they fix the issues until then it’s just a waste of money. I believe they’ve added more features and that could be the issue. Hope this helps someone prior to committing.

Issues not addressed by support
Originally loved this app. The paintings are really cool. About 6 months in I stopped getting pictures daily and support seemed to have disappeared. Do not give them money unless you are happy to not be supported in any issues. Not a small amount of money either.
Won’t let me download any paintings
Very confused by what is free and what is not because it implies that you can download a certain number of images a day as long as they aren’t 4k but it won’t let me download any

I payed for the yearly subscription about 2 weeks ago and still have not been able to use the app at all. I followed all of the directions and anything that's uploaded just has colored boxes. I can't see any pictures. It says training would take 30 minutes and sometimes it was 24 to 48 hours but still no process. I've contacted support in the app several times with no response. I've also emailed them twice with no response. I paid for the app because it looked promising but now it's just frustrating.

Never worked
I downloaded this app and submitted the pictures of my pet. It says it is in “training” (aka the artwork is rendering) for about 30 minutes. I check back after an hour, no painted portraits. It has been A WEEK with nothing. My pet is still in training. I tried adding my pet again thinking it was just a bug the first time, that one is not ready either. I also PAID THE 9.99 thinking maybe it won’t actually make the art unless I pay..? Still nothing. I have not seen one artwork made of my pet. The exact thing this app is meant to do.

Frustrated with the unprofessionalism
I submitted my photos; I waited the half an hour and I can catch glimpses of the art it claim up with but I can’t seem to actually see the artwork or save it?? I see information for subscribing for about $2 a month but I can’t click on anything?!!! How do I subscribe or get my images they look amazing!!
Update: I emailed the company and expressed my frustration with the app not working at all other than showing me a clipped view of the artwork that had been created. I got the response,”weird” and that is all they had to say!! No help, no email supplying the images. Nothing!
I had wanted to subscribe but can’t even click on the link to do so!! I’d like to use the app regularly because the limited view of the artwork is beautiful, but I can’t access any of them or see them fully!!!

Paint my pet
I’m loving the pictures produced some are really lifelike
Not happy! Cannot add a pet.
I have had this app for over a year and have been very pleased with it. BUT I cannot add another pet. I have tried three times and all three are stuck in training. Have asked for help and got one response but that suggestion did not work and have had no response to my inquiries for days.
